Here is another Steampunk type card with an image and sentiment from CS Designs. The heart is colored with Copic markers. The wings are some I made and cut out of cardstock. I put some pop dots under the heart to give her a little dimension. The sentiment was put on a tag and a polka dot ribbon finishes the card.Tuesday, February 7, 2012
