Gecko Galz Theme
The theme this month at Gecko Galz is "A Courtly Love Affair" I cut my image out and put it on a piece of scrap cardstock that was leftover after cutting a border. I added two strips of red stones for a little bling on the card. The sentiment which is a little hard to read is "Time for Comfort and Help"
Almost all of my cards go to those who have been in the hospital, homebound, and to those in my Sunday School class who are having a birthday. Therefor my sentiments are directed to those groups.
Another card using a lovely Gecko Galz image is below.

Winter Wonderland
Here are some Winter Wonderland ideas using the great digitals from Gecko Galz. I hope you like what I have done with these designs. They are part of the Customer Challenge "Let It Snow".
I trimmed the bottom of the front of this card with two different lace borders. The flower resembles a "frozen" flower as I used some cracked glass on top. The little snowman is raised a little with a dimensional dot. Also if you look closely, you will see the snow on the image is also dimensional. I used Liquid Applique to obtain that effect.
This is a very simple card, but if you will look closely you will see that the front is a little unusual because it has aa turned up corner with the image over it revealing the base layer.
This is a very simple card. The main feature is the tinsel trim around the image.
Using a Gecko Galz image again, I made a tag with the word "Believe" stamped on the snowman designer paper. Using these Gecko Galz images is so much fun to use and they are so flexible.
