Watching Nature

Nothing can be more relaxing than watching nature.  This card  uses a deer stamp from Penny Black..  The image is cut apart and distressed to make Aged Tiles.  The greeting is from Oogaloo   I used colors on  the card following the theme colors for Play Date Cafe PDCC64 this week.

Below is a second card I did using the same same and greeting. I like this one much better than the first. It uses the Clipped Corners technique

Clipped Corners

Clipped Corners is one of my favorite techniques.  Here I have morphed the technique just a little.  The card has some fall cherries waiting to be picked before the snow falls.  The stamp is by CE Rubber Stamps.  If you visit my site often you will notice that I like to leave the front of my cards void of a greeting.  I really prefer to put my greeting only inside.  Coloring was done with Copics.

Card for a Friend

This is a card I made for a stamping friend who has been in the hospital. Hopefully, she will be out soon and on the way to recovery. I used a technique out of the newly published TJ Newsletter for October-November. It is called clipped corners.

The flower is a stamp from PSX.  The calla lilies are colored with Copics on Cryogen White from Paper Temptress.
