Second Week of "Your Choice" Challenge

We are beginning the second week of the challenge "Your Choice"  You may enter anything you like this time.  It may have an image or may not.  The choice is up to you.  Here are some more samples of inspiration by the Design Team.

Michele
For my week two bombshell creation I used a gorgeous vintage image from a Lunagirl collage sheet "Beauties #2." The dreamy pink background paper is also from Lunagirl though the script paper at the very base is from Seven Gypsies.  The rest of the elements are goodies from my stash.  I think this card could be used for a birthday or a simple "thinking of you" correspondence.  The main image certainly is very beautiful.

I chose this feather and arrow head digital image for my DT project this week.  I colored both with colored pencils and fussy cut them.  I wanted a metallic conch, so I took a Q-tip and added the pigment ink and then embossed with silver EB powder.  The turquoise insets have Glossy Accents on top.  The feather is resting on Pop Dots to give some depth to the card.  The background paper is from my stash that is a really thin  wood., that I have been hoarding for years.  The sentiment is a TH favorite of mine.

My card for todays post uses images from the Bombshell Rubber Stamp St "Butterfly Queen" - just gorgeous images which I have coloured with Copic Markers. Background has been embossed with a stunning Cuttlebug Emboss & Cut folder - I haven't used this folder for some time so thought it would be perfect to use on this card!
Hazel
For my card I used one of the images of the Indian Warrior digital set kindly supplied by Bombshell. I coloured this with spectrum noirs, keeping mainly to lots of different shades of red. I tore round the image using a perspex oval template and brushed with fired brick distress ink. The background paper is Basic Grey Indian summer. The beaded ribbon is a left over piece from some I bought some time ago. Everything was then mounted on to a stardream sparkly red card blank.

As I had the choice ... I made an Alice bracelet with Lunagirl images and lots of charms including a little teaset. Isn't it darling? The chain itself was a carboot sale find. I finished the bracelet with a little bow and a little fimo rose.
 Barb
This week I used the same image but only the umbrellas, my plan was for three of them but I had sized the image a little larger than I thought, that's the trouble with trying to craft in two places. the background stamp is Bamboo ll from Stampin'up the ink I used is olive versamark. the Cherry Lynn butterfly die was cut from the same Asian DCWV paper stack piece as the panel and backed with white vellum.

Challenge # 67 - 'Your Choice"

"Your Choice"?  What does that mean?  It means you may create any type of entry,  using any type of image, or no  image at all!  The choice is up to you so let's see what you create.  You have two weeks to think about it and to enter.  Don't forget if  you can't find the challenge announcement, you can always go to the top of my sidebar and click on the challenge name as I post numerous times during a week.
Vicki
I created a card using the Indian Princess set from my sponsor Bombshell Stamps.  She was colored with Copic markers and I embellished the card with an ornate punch border, an arrow brad and a sentiment on vellum.
Hazel
For my card I used some of the Indian Warrior digital set kindly supplied by Bombshell. I coloured the images with spectrum noirs. The paper behind the warrior is My Mind's Eye Alphabet Soup Girl 'sweet song' and the striped paper is from a pack by Acid drops & whatnots. The sentiment was generated on my dymo letratag.

I had fun making a tag using several digital images from our sponsor -- the "wanted" frame and some additional images from a cowboy/cowgirl images sheet.  The coloring is done with pro markers and I made the pig-riding cowgirl a brilliant blonde.  I had some great coordinating paper that reminded me of a wooden wall so that's where the wanted poster is mounted.  I hope you have fun with this challenge!

I chose this digital image of a feather, from our great sponsor Bombshell Stamps, enlarged it, copied, then pasted, then flipped the copy horizontally, to give me a front and a back.  I knew I wanted to make a bookmark, so I needed the strength of two layers of card stock.  I used colored pencil and OMS, then cut them out and glued them together.  I added some fibers and beads for a little color.
Petra
What a daring Lady! I wish I could ride like this .... She is one of Bombshell Digital's daring images. I coloured her with Copics to achieve a striking look. The background of the card is a digital image layered on dry-embossed black card. I added some little stars as embellishments.

Barb
I received the image from bombshell stamps, I coloured and cut the image out and the umbrella which is popped up. Layered on gold vellum and on yellow. The patterned paper is from a stack I received from Stampin'up and never opened (until now) The sketch is from Sketch Saturday (took liberties) I used a creatables from Marianne designs. Added a few pearls and painted one red to resemble a lady bug.

I am excited today to announce that Bombshell Stamps is my sponsor for this challenge.  Visit their online store and you will find some unusual stamps and digitals that I am sure you can use for almost any project.
