Challenge #76-"Anything Goes"

I know that there is not much opportunity to post between Christmas and New Years.  You are still trying to recover from the holidays and putting away all the decorations.  That is why we have a special challenge-"Anything Goes"  You may post anything that has not been previously posted.   Don't forget the shortcut to the challenge is at the top of my sidebar.  Thanks to Bugaboo Digitals for sponsoring this challenge.

Baby it is cold outside!  That means I want hot chocolate.  Therefore, I decided on this great image from Bugaboo Digitals for my card.     Copic markers were used to color and I put it on a plaid background as plaid symbolizes  warmth to me

I'm sharing a card I made for Kwanzaa for our anything goes challenge this week.  The stamp is from the Rubbernecker Stamp Co and the background paper is from Twisted Papers.  Kwanzaa is a holiday that celebrates African American culture.  I enhanced the stamp with colored pencils and added a few simple embellishments since i think the image on the stamp is lovely on its own.  I'm wishing everyone happy holidays this week and a very merry Christmas.

For the second week of the challenge I used one of my favourite stamps, a snowman line up, which is what the set is called. I made a gate-fold card with a twist. The image opens left and the sentiment opens right. The sentiment was a $1 stamp from Michaels (that's how old it is) I find gate-fold cards super easy to do and I love the look of them. I found the tutorial on Stamp TV. I hope you will join us for the second week of the ATG challenge.

Isn't he cute .... Deacon on his candy canesaying a little Hello. The image is coloured with Copics and layered on lots of patterend papers. Wishing you all a very happy and healthy New Year!

A quick and simple card made with some Hunkydory card and a Lili of the Valley art pad picture edged with a red copic. The sentiment circle is from Craftwork cards and says 'From our house to yours'. I hope you all had a good Christmas and wish you a very Happy New Year.

A simple little card with a lovely image form Vintage Image Craft to wish you a Happy 2014!
