Challenge # 87-"Use a Sentiment"

I hope everyone in the US is having a great and restful Memorial Day.  We are switching gears this time for the challenge.  It is to have your sentiment as the focal point on your creation.  I hope you have fun going through your sentiments and posting an entry.
Vicki
This card uses a sentiment from Our Daily Bread Designs.

The background paper is an unknown piece that I found in my box. The panel on the left was made with my gelli plate, a stencil and acrylic paint. I inked the Clarity sentiment stamp with memento grape jelly, using a pre-cut die shape. Flowers added from stash.

Michele
For my first creation on the "sentiments" theme I experimented with a Technique Junkies technique called "aged text boards."  My sentiment is by Penny Black stamps and the profile stamp is by Ducks in a Row.  I punched the heart from designer paper.  I hope many people will play along because I'm excited to see who our next guest designer will be!
Karla
For the first  week of “ A Sentiment” Guest Designer Spot, I wanted my card to have a vintage feel so I layered my elegant sentiment onto an old photo of a silent movie actress and a flowered cardboard. Both papers used are from Litoarte, the sentiment is from Toke e Crie. They are from Brazil. Have a super week and keep playing along with us! It is going to be an honor to have you as our spot designer!

Barbara
We are spending the week at the cottage and I brought my supplies with me but first trip I don't have a whole lot so I chose a simple Z card fold. I saw the ones that Tracy's Treasured posted and really wanted to try one. There is no sponsor for the challenge of Sentiments but there will be Guest Designer Spot for the winner. It's a fun chance to "get your feet wet" if you have never been on a team,

Sponsor:  The Cheerful Stamp Pad

The randomly picked winner will be a Guest Designer for two weeks.
