An Antique Toy?
The moment I spotted this image by CS Designs I thought of putting wheels on it and making the image look like an antique toy.. I feel that the Tim Holtz designer cardstock made a perfect background and it put a highlight on the image. As an additional embellishment I put some designer paper on which I stamped with a script stamp. Finally a "key" for the toy was added. /Coloring was done with Copic markers.
