Special Card of the Week

This beautiful card is one I received this week from Jackie Watson of Indianapolis.  The technique she used was

Dabbed Shimmers from the Jan/Feb TJ Newsletter.  Afterwards, she used  a Stampin' Up texture plate on it.  The pic does not give the lovely backgriound justice.
