Another Card for Thanksgiving
Here is a card using almost the same items as one previously posted, but I made the card an easel card. The image is from Lunagirl. This is a nice card to set on the table.

Christmas Tag
I have made a number of Christmas Tag. This tag uses a cover on a throw-away food tray as the base of the tag. The silver piece was perfect for a shiny background. The blue is a piece of a Gelli print that I had made previously The images are from Gecko Galz. Two rows of silver ric-rack finished off the tag.

Thanksgiving Greetings
Here is wishing everyone a very pleasant Thanksgiving with family and friends. This card was made for Lunagirl's "Children's Holidays". My card is a gate card with the Lunagirl image attached to the left side of the "gate". I think this image is so cute.

Challenge #100- "All Digital-Backgrounds and Images"
I can't believe that this is my 100th challenge. Time has gone by so fast. Since the trend is going toward more and more digital work, I decided to have an "All Digital" theme. This means that all backgrounds and images/sentiments should be digital. The Design Team would like to see your digital work. Here is ours.
Vicki
My background is a from Coosty Creations on Stitchey Bear Outlet. It was placed on a solid red mat on a white card. The sentiment is also a digital from Stitchey Bear. it was placed on a recycled top that came on a food serving pan which was given to us this week when my husband came home from the hospital. I made the poinsettia from diecut pieces. I send out a lot of sick cards to my church family so this is really an easy one to create quickly.
Michele
The beautiful background digital poinsettia paper is by designer Coosty Creations of Stitchy Bear. The lovely vintage images -- the girl and the birds are by Lunagirl. The rest is simple, a border, hole reinforcement, ribbon and some distressing. I hope you will grab some digital backgrounds or images and play along with our challenge!
Karla
For the first week of "Use a Digital Background and Images", I created a card that is 100% digital.I used Gimp to make it. The beautiful background paper is called Poinsettia and it is by designer Coosty Creations of Stitchy Bear. All the others elements you see are from the internet. Have a magical week and keep playing along with us!
This was produced digitally using the lovely poinsettia background paper kindly given by Stitchy Bear Coosty Creations, together with other digital images that were cropped and adjusted to mount on to the backing which was then faded at the edges.
Barbara
For week one I chose the poinsettia background paper and sized the image fairly small, although it was a challenge to colour. I didn't want to clutter the background up with ribbon, I thought simple showed the beautiful background paper.
Thanks again to Stitchey Bear Outlet for sponsoring this challenge. Please click on the banner below and check out the site which has many digitals which I am sure you could use.
Asian Card
Here is a card I made recently for Lunagirl, but didn't get to post as my husband was in the hospital at the time she had the challenge active. I love the Asian/Geisha images from Lunagirl and this is one of my favorites.

Second Week of Challenge
The second week of "Here, Kitty, Kitty has begun. I am afraid I personally have not created anything this time as I have been working with a very sick husband who had back surgery this week. I hope next week he will be better. So, therefore; let's see what the other team members created this week.
Barbara
I just loved the cute kitty images we received from Stitchy Bear/Barbara Jensen, I used the one for a Birthday card last week and decided this little guy needed a Santa Hat, and I had one from High Hopes stamps (Canadian company) I bought it 4 or 5 years ago and think I might have used it once. I fussy cut the hat and attached it to the image. The wreath is a brad, bought at my favourite little store in Delhi ON, they have the best brads. The sentiment is from a Stampin'up Christmas set. Patterned paper is from a DCWV Christmas and Winter diecut pad.
Michele
It doesn't take much for a cat to be happy -- if they are stretching or rolling around, or playing with their friends or chasing butterflies, whatever it is -- they are at peace. These are good lessons for their human friends to learn. I tried to capture that feline joy for this tag, I used two digital kitty images from our challenge sponsor Stitchy Bear's designer Barbara Jensen. I printed both on paper from the primavera paper line by itKuPiLLi. The other background papers are random designer papers from my stash, as are the butterfly stickers. The ecstasy stamp is from "marked by distinction." I did additional decorating with my Molotow pens.
Karla
For the second week of Here Kitty, Kitty, I created a bookmark using a digital image from Stitchy Bear/ Barbara Jensen which I colored with watercolor pencils. I layered my kitty on a paper from a kit called Cute Cats and you can find it at Digitally Me.Then I added some flowers, ribbons and a sentiment from Becky's Scrap. Keep playing along with us and have a magical week!
Hazel
I've used Stitchy Bear's 'little tiggy tiger' kindly supplied by the challenge sponsor, coloured in copics and mounted on to an offcut of copper mirror card. The paw print ribbon and the computer printed sentiment were also mounted on to other snippets of copper mirror card and everything matted on to some animal print card that I've had for a long time ... just waiting for a 'tiggy tiger' to come along!

A special thank you goes to Barbara Jensen on Stitchey Bear Outlet for sponsoring this challenge.

Lunagirl Challenge
The theme of Lunagirl's challenge is this time around is "Asian Art and Ephemera. If you have a chance go to the Lunagirl site and see the tedpieces of inspiration the Lunagirl Moonbeams have created for you.
My inspirational piece for the Lunagirl theme "Asian Art and Ephemera uses a piece of designer paper as a mat and behind the Geisha I used part of a Cherry Lynn Design die. To make the Lunagirl image standout, I cut a black mat to go under her.
Winners
I am one of the few bloggers who notify their winners. I have yet to hear from the winner of the challenge "Anything Goes (Fall Colors). She has until Noon CST Sunday to reply. After that, another winner will randomly be chosen. Therefore, always check the comments on your blog. It maybe you!

Challenge #99-"Here Kitty, Kitty"
I personally have been a little slack on my posting lately as we have had a lot of doctors' appointments lately and my hubby is going in for surgery this week. After Friday, I should be back to "normal" (What is normal?)
In the meantime I want to welcome Kati Atanasova as my Guest Design Team member and we will begin with her piece of inspiration.

Hello craft people and thank you for the lovely welcome, that you have made for me. My first work for The Cheerful Stamp Pad and the new challenge Here Kitty Kitty is a wall hanging for my little niece. She is 1 year old and it seems that this lovely image Licky Tiggy Tiger from Barbara Jensen at Stitchy Bear Outlet is made just for her. I have colored it with Tim Holtz® Distress Inks. The other was easy - one unused cover from a box, purple paint, a lot of glitter and grass where to hide Kitty.
Vicki
When I was getting things together for this card I saw a sticker packet in my stash that had cats, footprints and little mice. I knew then I would make a card a little on the funny side. I had that little mouse and couldn't find a place for it so....... Can't you imagine the mischief that this cat is getting into?
Barbara
The first week of the new challenge is Here Kitty Kitty, isn't this an adorable image from Barbara Jensen at Stitchy Bear Outlet? My first thought when I saw the kitty was great image for a Birthday card for my friend that is a cat lover and it looks just like one of her cats. I coloured with copics, cut with spellbinders ovals and popped it up on some patterned paper from Wal-Mart. I just love the gray and pink together. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and it's one of the first stamps I bought and that was a long time ago. The shiny paper is from a paper pack I bought at the dollar store also a long time ago.
Michele
Our DT was given digital images by designer Barbara Jensen for this challenge. I love this digital cat image as it is so dreamy looking, I added more dreamy things to make my tag. The background papers are from the primavera line by itKuPiLLi.The gorgeous moon stamp is by Rubber Moon Art Stamps. The dream stamp is from Inkadinkado. If you are a cat lover then you surely can not pass up this challenge!
Karla

The background paper is some I got a long time ago from PDA card and crafts, twill ribbon from Hobbycraft and the two silver embellishments have been in my stash for ages (yes, they are both silver, although one looks gold in the pictureI hope you are inspired to enter into this challenge as the DT would love to see what you create. Guest Designer Kati Atanasova
Below you will find a short bio from my Guest Designer who was recently chosen. She will be creating projects with the Design Team members for at least the next two weeks. Let's give Kati a warm welcome.
My name is Kati Atanasova, but my craft friends call me Kat. I live in Bulgaria and work as a Treasury Manager in a big international company. Being crafty is my hobby, and also my way to escape from the busy life. I forget everything when I sit on my working table and start making something with my hands.
I craft usually at night when my kids sleep and the house is quiet and dark. It is not easy to wake up early in the morning and to go at work, but it is worth.
I have two blogs – one is my “home” where I share my works, mainly cards and the other is for lessons and free resources for beginners in crafting.
I am not fan of die cuts, but I am fond of stamping and stencils, also big distress holic . I love all styles of stamping, but coloring of people is not my best side. I am still learning. I love to make mix media art, with no rules, just beautiful colors and clever, funny sentiments.
This month the main focus of my craft work will be the new adventure called art journal and of course a lot of Christmas cards and small gifts for my friends and family.

Second Week of "Fall Colors" Theme
The Cheerful Stamp Pad is continuing the Fall Colors Challenge. If you haven't entered yet, go the shortcut on my sidebar and upload an entry. We would love to see what you create.
Michele
This week I've made a tag featuring background fall leaves paper by Stitchy Bear Designer Coosty Creations and a sweet digital girl image by Stitchy Bear designer "My Heart Pieces." I printed the girl on some colorful paper and colored her with pencils. I tore that sheet and added it to the fall leaves background paper. I added a number of fall leaves die cuts and a pumpkin die cut border. I hope you have fun with this challenge!
Hazel
I used Stitchy Bear's My Heart Pieces 'sunflower summer' digi kindly supplied by the sponsors, colouring with spectrum noir pens and die cutting using one of the Spellbinder's marvellous squares, with gold gems at the corners. The main background matt gold card was embossed with Embossalicious floral vine folder run through the eBosser and a piece of copper mirror card embossed with a polka dot folder.
Barbara
For the second week of challenge #98 ATG fall colours I used the cute pair of sunflowers for my image, don't they have sweet faces. I made another tag which I can use for a gift. Although our Thanksgiving is over I'm sure I will find a good use for it.
Karla
For the second week of "Anything Goes:Fall Colors", I first created a card but when I was posting it, I realized I had made a mistake because I clean forgot about the colors. So I deleted my post and got all my stuff again to make a tag. In case you want to have a look, my card is below. The image used is called Oisi and was designed by My Heart Pieces. You find it at The Stitchy Bear Outlet. I colored my image with watercolor pencils and layered it onto a scrapbook paper. I also adorned my tag with some fabric flowers, two different ribbons, crystals and a lovely sentiment. Well, my lovelies, have a magical week and keep playing along with us!
My sponsor is My Heart Pieces on Stitchey Bear Outlet. Please take a look at all her images.
